After online registration for the conference, you can send a request to registration2014@ispai.in for Invitation letter which can be used for VISA application.
Application for a Conference Visa
Please note the below requirements may vary in different countries. Please visit your country’s homepage on the Ministry of External Affairs web site to find out more about the specific requirements for your country.
Conference visa requirements
Passport requirements: You must submit an original, signed passport, valid for at least six months, that has at least two blank pages for Indian visa stamps. Amendment pages are not acceptable for visa stamps.
Indian Visa application form: Please refer to the nearest Indian embassy in your region for the form.
Photo requirements: Two recent 2×2 inch photographs, in color, front view, and with a plain or light background. Do not wear glasses in the photo. Do not staple the photos to the application.
Proof of residential address: Please refer to your local embassy for the correct document. The address on this document must match the address on your visa application form.
Official nomination: Official letter from the organization which nominated the applicant (you) to attend the conference.

- Clearance letter from the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs
- Clearance letter from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs
Special clearance requirements
Participants from Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, China, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Pakistan, and other foreign participants of Pakistani origin, please note the following:
Prior Authorization from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs will be required. ISPAI will forward these requests to the above ministries upon receiving registration and payment. An invitation letter will be sent to the registrants as they are cleared. Please allow 20-30 days for this process.
